In the presence of a vast array of Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, and others, the newly appointed Chairman of the Punjab Mandi Board, Harchand Singh Barsat, took over his position on Monday.
‘Punjab Mandi Board will scale new heights’
After Harchand Singh Barsat assumed the charge, Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema said Punjab Mandi Board will rise to new heights under his leadership. Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Local Bodies Minister Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar, Transport, Revenue Minister Bram Shanker and Animal Husbandry Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar were also present on the occasion.
Harchand Singh Barsat expresses gratitude
Expressing his sincere gratitude towards AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief minister Bhagwant Mann, Barsat assured to work with the best of his abilities for the growth of Punjab.
He said that improving the state and its citizens was his only goal.
