Haryana Assembly Election 2024: After resigning from his position as the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal is on his first visit to Haryana. During a 1.5-kilometer roadshow in Jagadhri, Yamunanagar, he addressed his supporters, stating, “This time, any government formed in Haryana will not be without the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).”
Kejriwal emphasized the party’s growing influence in the state and expressed confidence in AAP’s potential to play a significant role in the upcoming elections. He remarked that attempts to undermine AAP, including efforts to buy MLAs and send him to jail, would ultimately fail.
Furthermore, Kejriwal mentioned that if the people of Delhi elect him again, he would return to the Chief Minister’s chair, reinforcing his commitment to public service and governance. His visit aims to strengthen AAP’s presence in Haryana and mobilize support ahead of the elections.
Kejriwal’s Vision for Haryana
During his address, Arvind Kejriwal outlined his vision for Haryana, promising to focus on key issues such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure development. He criticized the existing state government for its failures and urged voters to consider AAP as a viable alternative that can bring about meaningful change. Kejriwal asserted that AAP’s governance model, which has seen success in Delhi, could be effectively replicated in Haryana to improve the lives of the common people.
Strengthening Party Support
Kejriwal’s roadshow saw a robust turnout of supporters, reflecting a growing enthusiasm for AAP in Haryana. He encouraged attendees to spread the message of the party’s achievements in Delhi and mobilize support at the grassroots level. He also hinted at the potential for alliances, suggesting that AAP could collaborate with other like-minded parties to ensure a strong presence in the elections.
