Haryana News: Bus Carrying Pilgrims from Vrindavan Catches Fire in Nuh, 10 Killed, Several Injured

Haryana News: The bus carrying the devotees caught fire on Saturday near Tauru in the Nuh district of Haryana, resulting in up to ten deaths and numerous injuries. After making pilgrimages to Mathura and Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh, the devotees were on their way back.

Early Morning Tragedy on KMP Expressway

The incident on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway happened at around two in the morning. There were about sixty-four people on the bus, women and children included, and they were all from Punjab and Chandigarh.

When the locals saw the fire, they pursued the bus and ordered the driver to stop. They also notified the fire department and the police. They’ve brought the injured individuals to Nuh Medical College. “We were returning from Vrindavan. We don’t know how the fire broke out. 10 people have died. 64 people were there on the bus,” said Meena Rani, one of the survivors.

Raj Babbar Addresses Tragic Incident Involving Pilgrims

Raj Babbar, the Congressman and the party’s nominee for the Lok Sabha seat from Gurgaon, Haryana, visited the injured at the hospital. “In a very sad incident more than eight people have died and many are injured due to fire burn, they were pilgrims, I am going to the hospital to see them,” he said.
