Metro stations under the plan would get connected with the stations of Namo Bharat at critical locations. This would help simplify travel for daily commuters. One of the primary interchange stations would be at IFCO Chowk in Gurugram. The station would be linking the Namo Bharat Service to the entire metro system while also connecting with the existing metro line, allowing passengers to switch easily between services.

Gurugram’s proposed metro stations would be based at Millennium City Centre, Sector 52, Sector 29, Wajirabad and Sector 57. An interchange station is likely to come up at Sector 61 to connect the proposed metro line running from Sector 56 to Pachgaon.

In contrast, the Faridabad Metro is liekly to operate on a stretch of 16 kilometres of the Namo Bharat corridor that starts from Sainik Colony and extends up to Badshahpur. Faridabad’s first metro station would be based at Sainik Colony. This would help in enhancing connectivity for daily commuters and residents in the area while also encouraging people to prefer public instead of private transport.

NCRTC has been requested by HMRTC to install noise-barrier systems to address noise pollution along with corridor.
