2nd phase of CM public service campaign to begin on May 10

In Madhya Pradesh, from May 10, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will start the second phase of ‘Mukhyamantri Jan Sewa Abhiyan’ from Alirajpur. This campaign will be conducted in the entire state from May 10 to 25. The CM said that our aim is that no problem of the general public should remain and all the complaints lodged in the CM helpline should be redressed.

Public representatives asked to contribute

CM Shivraj said that ‘In this campaign, ministers, people’s representatives, officers and employees should contribute to the campaign with a sense of service, solve the problems of the people and make the people of the state realize Ramrajya, then only we all can fulfill our responsibilities. There will be satisfaction of percent discharge.

The CM said that the campaign will have 2 components. In the first component, a campaign will be launched to resolve 67 services related to the general public. This includes services like undisputed renaming, partition, local resident certificate, birth-death certificate, building permission, driving license, vehicle registration.

On the other hand, in the second component, 100% redressal will be given to the complaints registered till April 15 in the CM helpline but pending till now. If any complaint comes on the CM helpline in any way, it will be necessary to resolve it.

CM Shivraj informed that camps will be organized in 67 field offices providing citizen services.

Information about disposal of pending applications related to these services, online or offline, should be entered on the portal daily. The District Collector will nominate nodal officers in each office concerned. Suitable arrangements for seating and drinking water should be made for the applicants coming to each office.

The CM said that it should be ensured that the general public does not face any problem. Public service campaign should be widely publicized in all the villages and wards of the districts, so that all the concerned people can become aware of the campaign. The campaign should be conducted in such a way that after May 25, none of the eligible applicants for 67 services remain pending for disposal.
