Madhya Pradesh: Shocking ! Police discovers a handpump that spews Alcohol instead of Water | Watch Video

Madhya Pradesh: In Madhya Pradesh’s Guna district, the village of Bhanpura uses hand pumps that, contrary to popular belief, spew out alcohol when operated instead of water. According to an official on Wednesday, police busted a shady bar and seized a significant amount of alcohol.

Eight drums of raw alcohol were discovered during a police search of the village after a raid on Monday. These drums have been either buried underground or covered in agricultural fields.

“A hand pump attached with the drums of raw liquor hidden underground was also recovered. When police personnel started pumping it, liquor started coming out from the other end (joined by a pipe),” according to Pankaj Shrivastava, Guna superintendent of police. Watch the video here:

Additionally, police found a massive amount of country-made liquor that had been hidden in drums under farmyard waste. He claimed that despite police conducting the raid as a result of a tip-off, those engaged in the illegal liquor trade managed to escape.

“Police have identified eight persons and a search is on to nab them,” the police officer said. He claimed that a community rules the small town and that almost every home there makes its own alcohol.

According to Shrivastava, the police have previously carried out raids. He added that more investigation is being conducted.
