Mohan Yadav Launches UCC MP Portal, Calls on Every Citizen to Participate in Building Equal Civil Rights Framework

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has launched the UCC MP portal to invite public suggestions on the proposed Uniform Civil Code. Citizens can submit their opinions until June 15, 2026, as the government aims to build an equal and inclusive civil rights framework while ensuring justice and social security for all communities.

Public Suggestions Being Solicited by Madhya Pradesh for UCC

Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, has formally launched the official UCC MP portal to gather suggestions from citizens regarding the implementation of UCC in Madhya Pradesh. Citizens will be able to provide suggestions till 15th June, 2026 via the portal.

Mohan Yadav Stresses Equality and Justice

While speaking at the launch ceremony, Mohan Yadav emphasized that the Government was determined to enforce UCC without hurting anyone’s rights. He further pointed out that the project was geared towards establishing equality, justice, and social security for all communities.

Public Requested to Contribute in Historical Initiative

As part of the launch ceremony, Mohan Yadav urged citizens in Madhya Pradesh to come forward and actively take part in this historic exercise. As per the government, public suggestions would help form a balanced civil rights structure for future generations.

Virtual Participation of Former SC Judge

Former SC Judge and chairman of the High-Level Committee on UCC, Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai, joined the online event. Other members of the committee were also present.

Government Focuses On Inclusive Legal Reform

The Madhya Pradesh government described the launch of the UCC portal as a major step toward transparent and inclusive legal reform. Officials believe public participation will strengthen the process and help create a more equal legal system in the state.
