Meerut News: UPSIDA’s mega e-auction for industrial and warehouse plots, Key details and how to participate

Meerut News: On Thursday, the Yogi Adityanth-led government of Uttar Pradesh will hold a massive online auction to distribute plots for industrial projects, according to news agency PTI. The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Department (UPSIDA) is in charge of organising the electronic auction.

Online auction for 154 industrial plots and other properties in 10 UP cities

According to PTI, which cited officials, the online auction will start at 10 am for industrial sites in Lucknow, Kanpur, Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Agra, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, and Aligarh. The auction will feature 154 industrial plots, 3 group housing units, 1 nursing facility, 8 warehouse plots, and other items.

Base prices and fees set for UP’s mega e-auction of industrial plots

Application, catalogue download, document filing, and document download fees have already been paid for participation in this massive bidding procedure via online means. to make the bidding process easier, the base prices of all these proposed plots and rented halls have already been set. The industrial plots in Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jhansi, and other locations, many of which are worth millions of dollars, have the highest base costs.
