According to Cheema, the campaign will involve booth committee members visiting people at their homes to explain the work carried out by the Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab government.
The outreach will focus on government decisions, welfare measures and the benefits that the party says people are receiving from various initiatives.
Direct Interaction With People
Cheema said the campaign will not be limited to sharing information about government schemes and decisions. AAP workers will also engage in direct conversations with residents and listen to their views.
The party’s door-to-door initiative is intended to establish direct communication between its workers and people across Punjab.
Campaign to Cover 25,332 Booths
The campaign is scheduled to begin on September 20, with the party planning to cover all 25,332 booths through its booth-level organisational network.
Cheema announced the campaign details in a social media post, saying the initiative would provide an opportunity for AAP workers to communicate directly with Punjabis about the government’s work and interact with them at the grassroots level.
