AAP Punjab Highlights Bhagwant Mann Government’s Welfare and Infrastructure Initiatives

The Punjab unit of the Aam Aadmi Party has highlighted several initiatives undertaken by the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, claiming that the administration has delivered on multiple public welfare and development commitments.

In a statement shared on social media, the party pointed to schemes related to free electricity, employment generation, and infrastructure development as key achievements of the state government.

Bhagwant Mann : Focus on Free Power and Agricultural Support

According to the party, households in Punjab are receiving up to 600 units of free electricity, while daytime power supply is being provided to the agricultural sector to support farmers and irrigation needs.

The government has repeatedly emphasized uninterrupted and affordable electricity as a major component of its governance agenda.

Employment and Infrastructure Projects Highlighted

AAP Punjab also stated that more than 65,000 government jobs have been provided without corruption or political recommendation. The party claimed that recruitment processes have been conducted transparently.

In addition, the government highlighted the construction and improvement of approximately 43,000 kilometres of roads across the state as part of efforts to strengthen infrastructure and connectivity.

Government Promotes Development Agenda

The Bhagwant Mann administration has continued to showcase welfare programmes, public services, and infrastructure projects as part of its broader development narrative in Punjab.

Party leaders say the government remains focused on improving services related to electricity, roads, employment, education, and healthcare while strengthening public infrastructure across urban and rural areas.
