In a statement shared on social media, Dhanda said that recruitment irregularities in several states have pushed lakhs of aspirants into uncertainty, affecting their future and morale. In contrast, he claimed, the Punjab government under Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is focused on transparent and merit-based recruitment.

Dhanda further stated that democracy gives young citizens the power to choose such governments in every election. He urged the youth to support administrations that have the courage to fulfill their aspirations and protect their future.
Reiterating confidence in the Aam Aadmi Party, Anurag Dhanda said that AAP is the only political force capable of turning the dreams of the youth into reality. He added that the party’s governance model places education, employment, and transparency at the centre of policy-making.
