Bhagwant Mann continued its anti-gangster crackdown under the ‘Gangstran Te Vaar’ campaign, carrying out targeted operations across the state in coordination with the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF).
According to official information shared by Punjab Police, a total of 537 raids were conducted during Day 110 of the campaign, leading to the arrest of 248 individuals linked to various criminal activities.
Bhagwant Mann: Action against proclaimed offenders
Police officials said that 11 proclaimed offenders were apprehended during the operations, while six weapons were also recovered from different locations across Punjab.
Total arrests cross 27,000
The police stated that since the launch of the ‘Gangstran Te Vaar’ campaign, the total number of arrests has reached 27,098, reflecting the ongoing statewide drive against organised crime and gangster networks.

Punjab Police reiterated its commitment to ensuring a safer Punjab by taking strict action against criminal groups and strengthening law enforcement operations across districts.
Anti-gangster operations continue
Officials said coordinated raids and intelligence-based operations are being conducted regularly to identify and dismantle organised crime networks operating in the state.
Appeal for public cooperation
Punjab Police also urged citizens to share information related to criminal activities through the Anti-Gangster Helpline to support ongoing enforcement efforts and maintain public safety.
