The Chief Minister further mentioned that before the wheat sowing season begins, efforts are in full swing to restore the entire agricultural infrastructure of the affected regions. To ensure smooth government procurement operations starting tomorrow, CM Bhagwant Mann himself will visit the local mandis (wholesale markets) and personally supervise the process, guaranteeing that farmers don’t face any difficulties.
The government’s hands-on approach highlights its resolve to rebuild Punjab’s economy, support farmers, and strengthen public health and livestock care systems, particularly in areas severely affected by the floods.
