Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that the state government has made comprehensive arrangements for devotees arriving at Shaheedi Jor Mela at Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, ensuring that pilgrims face no inconvenience during the historic religious event.
In a statement, CM Bhagwant Mann said that all departments have been put on alert to provide uninterrupted services to the Sangat visiting the sacred site to pay obeisance. He emphasized that the Punjab government remains fully committed to serving devotees with dedication and sensitivity.
CM Bhagwant Mann on Duty for Devotees’ Service
The Chief Minister assured that facilities related to traffic management, cleanliness, drinking water, medical services and security have been strengthened so that devotees can participate in the Shaheedi Jor Mela peacefully and safely.
“Devotees reaching Sri Fatehgarh Sahib to bow their heads will not be allowed to face any kind of difficulty or inconvenience. The government is always present in the service of the Sangat,” Bhagwant Mann said.

Shaheedi Jor Mela at Sri Fatehgarh Sahib commemorates the supreme sacrifice of the younger Sahibzadas of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and holds immense religious and historical significance. Thousands of devotees from across the country visit the holy site every year to pay homage.
