“In the last three years, we have worked with sincerity and integrity to fulfill the promises made to the people of Punjab. The work accomplished in these three years surpasses what was done in the last 70 years,” he stated. Mann emphasized his government’s determination to eradicate drug abuse, calling it a "war" that will be fought until Punjab is completely free from the menace.

The Chief Minister recalled his pledge made at Khatkar Kalan in 2022, where he vowed to restore Punjab to its former glory. Mann also extended gratitude to the 3 crore people of Punjab, acknowledging their unwavering support and belief in his leadership. He ended his message with slogans of revolution and Punjabi pride, declaring, "Inquilab Zindabad... Punjab-Punjabiat Zindabad."
As his government steps into another year, the focus remains on key issues such as economic growth, employment, and tackling social challenges. While the AAP-led government claims significant progress, the opposition continues to question its effectiveness.
