Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann paid heartfelt tributes to Sri Guru Ramdas Ji, the fourth Sikh Guru, on the solemn occasion of his Jyoti Jot Diwas. Taking to social media, the Chief Minister bowed at the Guru’s feet and offered his prayers, recalling the Guru’s immense contribution to humanity, spirituality, and selfless service.
In his message, Mann wrote in Punjabi: “ਸੋਢੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਜੋਤੀ-ਜੋਤਿ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਚਰਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਕੋਟਿ ਕੋਟਿ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਮ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਦੀਵੀਂ ਕਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਲੋਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ‘ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦੀ ਸੇਧ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।”
