Kejriwal’s arrest came after a two-hour interrogation by ED officials at his residence. He becomes the second sitting chief minister to face arrest recently, following Jharkhand’s Hemant Soren. Despite the legal proceedings, the AAP leadership affirmed that Kejriwal would retain his position as chief minister, ensuring the continued governance of the national capital even during his incarceration.
