‘Rajasthan Sets Record in Anti-Corruption Crusade,’ Says Chief Minister Gehlot

CM Ashok Gehlot: On Sunday, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot asserted that since his appointment in 2018, Rajasthan has set a record for executing anti-corruption operations, with officers of all grades, including IAS, IPS, Collector, RPS, and IRS, being detained. After paying tribute to the late former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi at PCC headquarters here, Gehlot told the media, “I can dare if any of the BJP-ruled states has done that many raids against corruption as our Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is doing to curb graft cases.”

Corruption Multiplied Tenfold under Modi’s Leadership

In response to the resolution issued yesterday by the BJP State Working Committee criticising his administration in Nagaur, Gehlot said, “As soon as the BJP comes to power, the scenario turns like a hungry wolf. the way a ravenous wolf becomes overly eager to feed. “You witness what occurs as soon as the BJP takes over at the federal and state levels. I am not addressing myself. Any industrialist is your best bet. They used to pay Rs 1 lakh for one income tax file in the past. Now, Rs. 10 lakh must be provided. Under his (Narendra Modi’s) leadership, corruption has multiplied by ten.

CM Gehlot Demands Resignation of BJP Minister Accused in Fraud Case

“The Modi government should fire its Jal Shakti Minister, who is mentioned in the FIR in the Sanjivini Cooperative Society fraud, if the BJP is so serious about fighting corruption. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, a Jal Shakti Minister, is accused of engaging in a scam for which the state SOG filed a FIR, and the BJP should adopt a resolution condemning him. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, the chairman of the Rajasthan Congress, stated: “Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given the slogan of Congress-free India. This wish will never come true. We liberated the BJP in South India. South India’s BJP government no longer exists. The does not have a government on its own in any state, leaving only 4 states in North India.
