PM Modi Extends Wishes on Rajasthan Diwas

The Rajasthan Diwas celebrations, spanning seven days, are dedicated to Matrishakti (women empowerment), Yuva Shakti (youth), Annadata (farmers), and Antyodaya (upliftment of the underprivileged). This year, alongside the cultural festivities, a strong emphasis is being placed on employment generation and skill development.

State Celebrates Heritage While Focusing on Employment and Entrepreneurship

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma reaffirmed his government’s commitment to providing job opportunities for the youth. In a tweet from the Rajasthan CMO, he stated, "Job fairs and campus placements are being organized at district headquarters to ensure that youth from all fields get opportunities based on their qualifications. Our government is rapidly working towards its promise of creating 10 lakh jobs in both government and private sectors while also promoting youth entrepreneurship."

Further strengthening this vision, CM Sharma highlighted the Mukhyamantri Rojgar Utsav and Yuva Sammelan being held at Kota’s Dussehra Maidan on March 29, 2025. This initiative aims to connect young job seekers with employment avenues and equip them with entrepreneurial skills. "We are not just providing jobs but also fostering entrepreneurship among youth to make them employment generators rather than seekers," he said.

With the Rajasthan government focusing on both heritage and economic growth, this Rajasthan Diwas serves as a reminder of the state’s rich legacy while paving the way for a more prosperous future for its youth.
