Additionally, the government has issued an exam calendar for 81,000 recruitments, ensuring a structured hiring process in the coming months.

Addressing a gathering at the 32nd National Convention of Shri Dhakad Mahasabha in Kota’s Dussehra Ground, CM Bhajanlal Sharma reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to youth employment and fair recruitment practices. He emphasized that under the previous government, frequent paper leaks had shattered the morale of aspirants, but since taking office, his government has implemented strict measures to curb such malpractices.

CM Sharma took a firm stance on exam integrity, stating that paper leaks had been a major issue in the past, demoralizing lakhs of job aspirants. His administration has introduced stringent laws and monitoring systems to prevent leaks and ensure fair selection.

“The previous government’s failure to control recruitment malpractices discouraged many young candidates. Our government has put a complete stop to these issues, making the recruitment process transparent and merit-based,” said CM Sharma.

The employment push is part of the state’s larger initiative to create job opportunities in both the government and private sectors. The government is also working on skill development programs to prepare young professionals for various industries.

With the exam calendar in place and strict measures ensuring recruitment fairness, Rajasthan’s employment landscape is set for significant improvement in 2025.
