After this order, a debate broke out in the entire state. Hemant Priyadarshi, citing the rules of the Supreme Court behind withdrawing this order, had said that the name, photo and video of the arrested accused should not be made public until the crime is proved.

Minister and MLA also came down to protest against the order

At the same time, after this the matter reached the Chief Minister of the state Ashok Gehlot and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had instructed the ACB to review this order, the Chief Minister had said that such orders keep coming out. The order will be reviewed once. If anything is found wrong then this order will be withdrawn. During this, the ministers and MLAs of the Rajasthan government also went against this order.

The corrupt will get shelter -Pratap Khachariawas

In fact, after this controversial order of ACB, many ministers of the government had come out in protest. He had clearly said that he is against this Tughlaqi order. Cabinet Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas had clearly said that after this order the corrupt would get shelter from it. Such order will not be accepted under any circumstances. At the same time, Chief Minister's advisor and MLA Sanyam Lodha and state Congress Committee state president Govind Singh Dotasara also opposed this order saying it was wrong.
