Supreme Court’s Denial
Following the Supreme Court’s denial of Manish Sisodia’s curative petition against the top court’s ruling refusing him bail in the excise policy case, the Rouse Avenue court on Friday granted an early hearing of Sisodia’s bail request. The scheduled date for the matter is March 18.
The former deputy chief minister’s curative plea was denied by a four-judge panel led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, who also declared that the application to list the curative petitions in open court was denied.
