TCS Nashik Case: The Maharashtra Police arrested Nida Khan on Thursday. She is one of the main suspects in the TCS Nashik conversion and harassment case, which has received significant attention. She was taken into custody in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar after apparently evading capture for several days. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) reported that Nida Khan was found staying in a flat in Kaiser Colony with family members. After her arrest, she was brought before a Judicial Magistrate for a transit remand and was later taken to Nashik for further questioning.

Another accused, Tausif Akhtar, was also involved in concealing the truth about Danish Sheikh’s marital status. As the investigation continued, several more women reportedly came forward with claims of mental harassment, sexual harassment, and negligence by the company’s HR department.
TCS Responds to Allegations
TCS Nashik Case: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) clarified that Nida Khan worked as a process associate and did not have any HR or recruitment role. The company also said it had not received any formal complaints through its internal channels before. Reports indicate that Khan was suspended after the issue became public. Her access to company systems was revoked while the investigation is ongoing. The case keeps attracting public attention as police look further into the allegations.
