Uttar Pradesh: Fire breaks out in a sugar mill in Meerut, Firefighters rushed to rescue

Uttar Pradesh: An incident was reported in Mohiunddinpur in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut on Saturday. ANI reported that massive fire broke out in a sugar mill. Firefighters have been responded right away. It has not yet been revealed what caused the fire. The flames are currently being put out by workers at the sugar mill, fire department personnel, and police officers.

Uttar Pradesh: Plastic factory is situated in Rail Bazar

A plastic factory in Rail Bazar, across from the Government Railway Police (GRP) Barrack at the Kanpur Central Railway Station, caught fire early in the day. Six emergency vehicles were arrived immediately, and they helped put out the fire. There were no casualties reported after the incident.

A 57-year-old man was killed in a similar incident earlier this month when a fire broke out in a paper mill in Saharanpur, UP. The incident, according to the police, happened at the godown for Star Paper plant, which is situated underneath Sadar Bazar police station. Lal Bahadur Mandal, the manager of the paper mill godown, was named as the victim. He was trapped inside the burning mill while he was on night shift.
