Uttarahand News: Jan Aushadhi Kendra will be opened in 65 multipurpose cooperatives of the state

Uttrakhand News: In the meeting organized at Uttarakhand Regional Office, NABARD, Alok Pandey said, CSC work has started in more than two hundred committees in the state. Out of 670 committees, 500 committees have applied for CSC center operations. Apart from this, petrol pumps and gas agencies can also be opened.

Various challenges being faced by cooperative banks in the state, business, institutional development, NPA etc. were also discussed in the meeting. Secretary Cooperative BVRC Purushottam, Chief General Manager NABARD VK Bisht, Lata Vishwanath, Dan Singh Rawat, Ira Upreti, Neeraj Belwal, Arun, Suman Kumar, Anil Kumar Tiwari etc were present in the meeting. Registrar Cooperative Societies Alok Kumar Pandey said that Jan Aushadhi Kendras will be opened in 65 multipurpose cooperative societies of the state. Out of this, 12 committees have got permission from the central government. Apart from this, cooperative societies will also run public facilities. He said this in a meeting to review the financial health of rural cooperative banks.
