News24 posted the viral video on their official X handle. His smile makes everyone wonder if he is celebrating life imprisonment. Or is he simply mocking the system, thinking that he will easily get free after further appealing to higher courts?
The session court today verdicts for life imprisonment for the three accused, Pulkit Arya, Saurabh Bhaskar and Ankit Gupta. The court announced them guilty under Section 302 for murder, 354 for assault on a woman, and 120B for criminal conspiracy after examining 47 witnesses in the trial.
The shocking video of Pulkit Arya after committing such a heinous crime is sparking outrage among people. One user says with utter helplessness, “Pta hai High Court mein bach jaayeinge.” While another says, “This clearly shows Jain doesnt work for these hardened criminals, Time to change something.”
The main accused is the son of an ex-BJP leader, Vinod Arya, which makes him quite influential. Such individuals often attempt to undermine judicial verdicts with their influence and wealth.
People are hoping that Ankita Bhandari will get justice from the higher courts as well. People are also happy with the significant verdict after a two-year-long trial.
