Atiq Ahmed sister moves Supreme Court, here’s why

The family has reached the Supreme Court in connection with the murder of mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Khalid Azim alias Ashraf Ahmed in police custody. Atiq Ahmed’s family has filed a petition in the Supreme Court.

Ayesha Noori, the absconding sister of former MP Atiq Ahmed, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding an inquiry by the judicial commission. In the petition, a demand has been made to set up an inquiry commission under the leadership of a retired judge of the Supreme Court. Apart from this, a demand has also been made in the petition to investigate the encounter of Atiq Ahmed’s son Asad.

The court can now hear the petition filed by Ayesha Noori on July 3. However, the Supreme Court is already hearing a PIL filed in this matter.

Ayesha Noori is absconding in this case

Actually, Atiq Ahmed’s sister Ayesha Noori is an accused in the Umesh Pal shootout case and is still absconding. After the Umesh Bhai shootout case, Ayesha Noori had expressed the possibility of killing her brothers by holding a press conference in Prayagraj.
