Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has welcomed the Union Cabinet’s decision to approve the Cotton Productivity Mission (2026–27 to 2030–31) with a financial outlay of ₹5,659.22 crore, calling it a major step towards farmer welfare and agricultural strengthening.
