Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has highlighted the state government’s initiative to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent students from pursuing education or achieving their aspirations.
₹148 Crore Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement
According to Yogi Adityanath, more than 4.60 lakh students from economically weaker sections studying in pre-matric classes (Classes 9 and 10) and post-matric courses will receive more than ₹148 crore through scholarship and fee reimbursement support.
The amount is being transferred directly into the bank accounts of eligible students, according to the statement.
Focus on Removing Financial Barriers to Education
Yogi Adityanath said the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring that economic difficulties do not become an obstacle to education. The financial assistance is intended to provide additional support to students from low-income families.
Support for Students and Their Aspirations
The Chief Minister said such assistance can strengthen students’ access to education while providing opportunities for young people to develop their talents and pursue their future goals.
The scholarship and fee reimbursement initiative is being presented by the Uttar Pradesh government as part of its efforts to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
