Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public service journey while announcing a series of programmes to be launched in Varanasi and Lucknow.
Yogi Adityanath said that during his 25 years in public life, PM Modi has placed service, good governance and nation-building at the centre of his public work. The Chief Minister shared the remarks on the occasion of Modi’s birthday.
‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ to Begin in Varanasi: CM Yogi Adityanath
According to Yogi Adityanath, the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ will be launched from Varanasi, the city associated with the revered Kashi Vishwanath temple.
The campaign is being presented as an initiative centred on public service and social responsibility. Yogi said the journey of service and commitment would contribute to the broader objective of nation-building.
Vishwakarma Rozgar Initiatives in Lucknow
On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, a separate programme is scheduled in Lucknow under the Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana 2.0.
The programme will include the launch of the Vishwakarma Self-Employment and Swadeshi Fair 2026-based exhibition along with a margin money loan portal. Beneficiaries of various government schemes will also receive cheques and toolkits during the programme.
Focus on Self-Employment and Swadeshi Products
The initiatives announced by the Uttar Pradesh government focus on supporting workers, artisans and people seeking self-employment opportunities.
Yogi Adityanath described the broader approach as a journey from service to commitment, labour to self-reliance and swadeshi to prosperity. According to his statement, these efforts are intended to contribute to the larger goal of a developed India.
