Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has stated that the state has entered a “golden era of reconstruction” over the past nine years, asserting that the vision of a developed India depends significantly on the progress of Uttar Pradesh. In a public message addressed to citizens, the Chief Minister emphasized that youth, women, and farmers form the foundation of the state’s rising strength and that the government remains committed to empowering marginalized, backward, and Dalit communities.

Highlighting governance achievements, he said that inclusive policies and administrative reforms have helped Uttar Pradesh secure a place among the top three states in the country in terms of development indicators. He stressed that the goal of “Viksit Uttar Pradesh @2047” can only be realized if the state becomes self-reliant and citizens actively participate in its growth journey.
Adityanath highlighted schemes like the Women Entrepreneur Product Marketing Scheme
Detailing youth-focused initiatives, the Chief Minister mentioned programs such as the establishment of sports colleges and excellence centers at divisional headquarters, the “Tech Yuva-Samarth Yuva” initiative, and an AI mission aimed at equipping young people with future-ready skills. He added that the Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Scheme, which offers interest-free loans, is opening new avenues of self-employment and innovation.
On women’s empowerment, Adityanath highlighted schemes like the Women Entrepreneur Product Marketing Scheme and Women Entrepreneur Credit Card initiative, along with district-level hostels for working women to ensure safe accommodation. He also recalled improvements in basic education infrastructure, noting that government directives ensured schoolgirls receive uniforms, books, shoes, and winter clothing irrespective of social background.
For farmers, he said the government has focused on providing better market access and free electricity to more than 1.6 million cultivators, while pension benefits for elderly, disabled, and destitute women have also been increased. The Chief Minister concluded by urging citizens to join hands in building a strong, self-reliant state and contribute collectively toward long-term development goals.
