CM Yogi Adityanath Targets TMC, Accuses Party of Failing Youth in West Bengal

He further alleged corruption and misuse of power by the ruling dispensation.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp political attack on West Bengal’s ruling party, alleging that the All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) has failed to safeguard the interests of the state’s youth.

CM Yogi Adityanath: Allegations Against TMC

In a statement posted on social media, Adityanath claimed that the people of West Bengal have resolved to remove the TMC government, accusing it of creating an “identity crisis” among young people and depriving them of employment opportunities and rights. He further alleged corruption and misuse of power by the ruling dispensation.

The remarks come amid heightened political activity and ongoing tensions between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the TMC, as both parties continue to target each other over governance, employment, and law-and-order issues in the state.

There was no immediate response from the TMC leadership on Adityanath’s remarks. However, such exchanges have become a regular feature of political discourse between leaders of the two parties.

Focus on Youth and Governance

Adityanath’s comments place emphasis on youth-related concerns, including jobs and identity, issues that remain central to electoral politics in the region.
The statement is expected to further intensify political debates as parties prepare for upcoming electoral challenges in the state.
