Ghaziabad News: The Ghaziabad Development Authority has issued a notification for the allocation of multi-purpose plots and residential buildings in the developed areas of Ghaziabad through tender-based auctions.
Who Can Apply
- Eligible Participants:
- Any individual capable of entering into a contract and maintaining it is welcome to participate.
- Specific eligibility criteria apply for certain plot types, such as petroleum companies for petrol pump plots and Medical Council of India approved entities for hospital/nursing home plots.
- Available Plot Types:
- Commercial plots
- Convenient shopping plots
- Kiosk plots
- Art gallery plots
- Proposed residential plots
- Shop plots
- Residential flats
Application Process
- Application Form:
- Applicants can download the application form from the official website www.gdaghaziabad.in.
- A demand draft of INR 1100, payable to the Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority, must accompany the application.
- Registration:
- Completed and photo-verified application forms, along with the demand draft, should be submitted to the token counter at the auction site between 10 AM and 12 PM on the auction date.
Auction Process
- Deposit Requirement:
- Bidders must deposit the determined heritage amount via bank draft or banker’s cheque at the token counter on the auction site between 10 AM and 12 PM on the auction date.
- Auction Conduct:
- The auctioneer reserves the right to suspend the auction of any one or more plots in the public interest.
- Bidding will commence at a reserved rate and may exceed this rate during the auction.
- A minimum interval between two bids will be specified during the auction.
- A 10% corner charge applies to corner plots/properties.
Important Notes
- Bid Withdrawal:
- Bidders cannot withdraw their bids once placed.
- Bid Increment:
- The minimum difference between two bids will be communicated during the auction.
