Govt insulted Mulayam Singh by conferring Padma Vibhushan: SP leader

Samajwadi Party MLC Swami Prasad Maurya has been in discussion for the past few days regarding his statements. Now his latest statement has come with SP founder Mulayam Singh Yadav. In an official statement issued on the eve of Republic Day, it was announced to give Padma Vibhushan to Netaji. After which the SP leader has given a shocking statement.

Swami Prasad Maurya, reacting to Netaji being given the Padma Vibhushan, said, “Mulayam Singh has been insulted by giving the Padma Vibhushan. Mulayam Singh was worthy of the Bharat Ratna. The work done by him is great. On the Ram Charit Manas controversy Said that I stand by my statement as before.'”

Whereas on the ongoing controversy over Ramcharitmanas, the SP MLC said, “I stand by my statement as before.On Swami Prasad Maurya saying Ram Ram to BJP leaders during his stay in the party, Swami Prasad Maurya said, “Swami Prasad’s shadow never appeared in all the programs that the party did in Ayodhya when I was a minister. Not only this, when the cabinet meeting was called at the Kumbh Mela, I did not even go there.”

Netaji’s daughter-in-law reacted

Earlier, MP from Mainpuri and elder daughter-in-law of Netaji, Dimple Yadav said on Netaji receiving the Padma Vibhushan award, “The way Netaji was of stature, he should have got Bharat Ratna earlier. I request the government that Netaji should get the Bharat Ratna.”

While Netaji’s younger daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav welcomed the decision of the Prime Minister and the Central Government on receiving the Padma Vibhushan. She said, “I welcome this decision of the central government under the leadership of the Prime Minister on conferring the Padma Bhushan award on respected father Mulayam Singh Yadav, former Defense Minister of the country and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, by the Government of India.”
