In a major relief for homebuyers awaiting residential plots in the Uttar Pradesh capital, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to reopen registrations for 1,487 newly developed plots under its ambitious Anant Nagar Housing Scheme. All these plots have already been registered with UP RERA, clearing the way for the launch of the online application process.
According to officials, LDA’s Engineering Division–3 has forwarded the proposal to the Property Department, and final preparations are underway to begin the registration process. The authority is expected to announce the dates soon. Nearly 1,500 plots across multiple sectors are being offered, providing a wide range of options for buyers from both middle-income and high-income groups.
617 Plots in Sector-1 to Open for Registration
LDA will begin registration for 617 plots in Sector-1, available in various sizes to meet diverse needs. This sector has been planned with a mix of residential plot categories, aiming to attract a broad segment of homebuyers.
Plot size distribution in Sector-1:
• 450 sq. m: 40 plots
• 288 sq. m: 211 plots
• 200 sq. m: 224 plots
• 162 sq. m: 15 plots
• 112.5 sq. m: 336 plots
The availability of plots in multiple dimensions ensures that buyers can choose according to their financial capacity and space requirements.
Sector-5 to Offer 493 Newly Developed Plots
The registration process will also open for 493 plots in Sector-5, with the following size allocations:
• 288 sq. m: 154 plots
• 200 sq. m: 178 plots
• 162 sq. m: 161 plots
These sectors have been designed to ensure accessible road connectivity and planned amenities, making them highly attractive for long-term residential development.
