Namo Bharat Train Fare Slashed! Check How Much You Will Benefit

Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Train has reduced the fare in premium category to attract more passengers in the category. Now more people can afford to travel in premium class.

How Much Is Fare Cut?

•    Namo Bharat passengers will be happier now as traveling in premium class coaches of Namo Bharat Train has become affordable. 
•    Now passengers will be able to travel in premium category by paying only 20% additional amount in comparison to the standard coach fare. Earlier it was 50% costlier.
•    The fare for premium coaches from New Ashoknagar to Meerut South, earlier priced at 225, has now reduced to 180. Similar reductions have been made across other stations as well.
•    NCRTC Chief Public Relation Officer (CPRO) Puneet Vats said that this reduction in fare will provide passengers better experience, convenience, guaranteed seating and other facilities.
•    Routine and long distance travellers will get many benefits from this step. 

Introduction of Co-Working Space Facility 

•    NCRTC has also launched a co-working space at Ghaziabad’s Namo Bharat station. 
•    NCRTC CPRO Puneet Vats said that this launch is beneficial for people who are working remotely or do not have a fixed office. 
•    This co-working space facility will also save travelling time for the users of this space if they have to go at any station existing in the route. 
•    Advanced co-working space aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. 
•    This workspace is equipped with modern facilities and technologies that offer both convenience and affordability.
•    This space comprises 42 open workstations, 11 private cabins and two fully equipped meeting rooms as per NCRTC statement on Sunday.

As a new initiative, fares in premium category are reduced in Namo Bharat Trains. Co-working space is also opened at Ghaziabd station for professionals and entrepreneurs.
