Ram Temple:The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has made an important announcement regarding the leadership shake-up of the administration. Three professionals from other disciplines have joined as trustees, while the Trust has made its first ever CEO.

Experience with the IAF Takes Center Stage

Retired Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra has been chosen as the first ever CEO of the Ram Temple Trust for a period of three years. He worked in the Indian Air Force for close to four decades and has also been involved in the planning of the operation of Sindoor. His leadership skills and experience in management have come to the front of the picture.

Business and Legal Experience on Board

Mahesh Bhagchandka, a businessman and philanthropist from Delhi, has been inducted into the trust and is serving as the treasurer of the organization as well. The business experience of Bhagchandka is expected to add up to the management of the organization. Madan Mohan Pandey, a senior advocate in the Supreme Court who represented Ram Lalla Virajman in the case involving the Ram Janmabhoomi title issue, has also been inducted into the Trust. He will bring legal expertise to the organization.

First Woman Trustee Has RSS Background

Dr. Nirmala Yadav, who is a former college principal and has worked for years as a worker with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has also been inducted into the trust. This is the first time the organization has appointed a woman member in the trust. These appointments have brought in military, business, legal, education and organizational experience to the trust. It now remains to be seen how this change in leadership structure would impact the financial management of the organization.

Can the New Team Plug the Gaps?

Ram Temple:The restructuring signals an attempt to make the Trust’s functioning more professional and organized. With the temple attracting large numbers of devotees and handling substantial administrative responsibilities, stronger management systems are increasingly important.
