UP assembly session: Akhilesh’s party leaders on dharna, here’s details

The first budget session of the 18th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh has begun. But before the start of the UP budget session, there was a big demonstration under the leadership of SP leader Shivpal Yadav. Samajwadi Party MLAs protested outside the House with placards in their hands and staged a sit-in. In view of the situation, the government deployed a large number of police forces on the spot. At the same time, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked the SP leaders to show restraint and decency. He said that the session will begin with the Governor’s address. In this, all the MLAs will be able to raise the issues of their area. The government is ready to discuss every issue.

Amidst the uproar, Governor Anandiben Patel presented her speech. Patel said that law and order has improved in Uttar Pradesh. Flights have started from 9 airports in the state. Cheat-free examinations are being conducted in the state.

The first day’s proceedings in the assembly were interrupted amidst noise and uproar. In such a situation, the speaker has postponed further proceedings till tomorrow.
In view of the uproar by SP MLAs, security has been increased in the assembly. Apart from marshals, a large number of reserve police and RAF squads have been deployed. Although the situation is still under control.

The Governor’s address has started in the budget session of the UP Assembly. Governor Anandiben Patel is outlining the plans of the government in her speech.

SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav raised the issue of Kanpur fire incident. Said that the law and order in the state has collapsed. This has happened because of the state government, administration and bulldozers. He alleged that instead of bringing investment or development in the state, the government is moving back and forth with bulldozers.

During this, SP MLAs demonstrated by waving placards. Opposition leaders also boycotted the Governor’s address.

Akhilesh Yadav raised the issue of caste census. He said that Samajwadi Party has been talking about caste census from the beginning.

Akhilesh Yadav said that CM Yogi has come from another state.

Akhilesh Yadav refused to speak on Swami Prasad Maurya’s comment on Ramcharitmanas. Said that the answer will be given in the house.

Before entering the assembly, Akhilesh Yadav tried to corner the BJP government. Said that those who could not save the plants planted in the Investor Summit, from where will they get the investment.

SP leader Shivpal Yadav said that we want to run the House for maximum time, but the ruling party does not have faith in the House.

The Deputy Chief Minister has questioned the performance of the SP.

It is said that a media event is being organized by the SP.

Whatever questions are there, they should come inside the House and discuss them.

The police removed the media. During this, a newspaper photographer tried to enter the ruckus.

When the marshals stopped, all the MLAs of the Samajwadi Party including Manoj Pandey, Mannu Ansari sat on a dharna.
