UP News: In order to give speedy Justice to the victims of rape, murder and heinous crime in Uttar Pradesh, the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has come up with ‘Operation Conviction’ which will ensure the accused gets punished as per the law on time and the victim does not have to wait for the Justice to deliver. According to the new operation, it will cover 20 convict case under rape, murder, conversion and Cow slaughter within a span of 30 days.
Victim will get Justice in 30 days
The charges of the crime will be framed within 30 days time of submitting the chargesheet. And there will be more cases in addition to the cases registered under the Protection of children from Sexual Offences Act.
Crime Rate will come down with ‘Operation Conviction’
The Uttar Pradesh Government had been hitting out at the Mafia’s of Uttar Pradesh since the year 2017. The Chief Minister Yogi has been strict and vigilant about the crime situation of the city especially women. This new operation will also help cutting down the crime rate in the state. All the concerned Departments have been asked to follow and implement the new guidelines religiously.
