UP Police To Recruit 52,699 Constable Posts Through Direct Recruitment, Know Details Here

The biggest recruitment in the history of the state police will be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for 52,699 constable positions. By July 15, the tender for choosing the executive organisation in charge of the written test and other recruitment-related duties will be made public.

Once the organisation has been chosen, the written test will be given; it is expected to take place by the end of this year. Initially, there were plans to fill 33,757 positions, but because action wasn’t taken for 10 months, there are currently 52,699 positions available.

Recruitment Process

The following steps will be part of the selection procedure for the UP Police Constable 2022 Recruitment:

Candidates will need to show up for an offline written exam that will be administered in OMR format. The test will evaluate the candidate’s expertise and knowledge in a variety of disciplines.

Candidates who pass the written test will be contacted for the document verification process. They must submit the required paperwork to prove their eligibility, including proof of their age, caste or category, and educational credentials.

After passing the written test and document verification stage, candidates must take the Physical Standard Test (PST). The candidates’ physical standards and fitness, including their height, chest measures, and physical stamina, will be assessed throughout this test.

Candidates who successfully complete the PST will subsequently go through a medical test. The purpose of this examination is to confirm that the candidates are physically capable of carrying out the responsibilities of the constable position.
