Viral Video: After videos of a female doctor destroying earthen pots with bats and wipers on Diwali in a Lucknow street went viral, she was charged on Monday under multiple penal laws.
The female doctor appears in the video threatening the owners of the street shops while smashing toys and pottery with bats.
A complaint has been filed against the woman under the provisions of sabotage and threatening people with criminal intent, according to Inspector Dinesh Chandra Mishra of Gomti Nagar. He said that the doctor, resides on the opposite side of the street.
On the allegation of street sellers Jubail, Rubina, and Shamshad whose merchandise was damaged by the female doctor in Patrakarpuram Gomti Nagar, a case has been filed.
The doctor was reportedly angry about the ongoing crush of people in front of her house caused by these street vendors. The doctor then explained her behaviour, claiming that despite several requests, the shop blocking traffic in front of her house had not been removed.
