Viral Video: According to news agency ANI, a guy on Friday attacked a girl with a knife in Delhi‘s Mukherjee Nagar neighbourhood. Aman, a 22-year-old guy, was seen repeatedly stabbing the girl with the knife in the CCTV footage of the incident. People walking by were observed interfering, attempting to stop the boy and apprehend the accused.
Girl Out of Danger, Attacker in Custody
According to the report, the girl is safe and out of danger, and the boy has been taken into custody. Luckily, a bystander’s quick action saved the victim from serious injury; the victim allegedly only suffered minor wounds and is now safe. Before onlookers interfered, the CCTV video depicts Aman storming at the woman, pushing her to the ground, and stabbing her multiple times.
Victim’s Background
Subsequent inquiry showed that the victim, a Jaffrabad resident, frequently went to a neighbouring library to study. It was said that Aman became enraged with her because of her apparent ridicule.
