Nokia G42 Android 14 Update: HMD Global is reportedly rolling out the latest Android 14 update in Nokia G42 in India. The latest Operating System was introduced back in May 2023 at the Google I/O event. The Google Pixel 8 series was the first smartphone to get the latest OS update. Nokia G42 has recently received the Android 14 in India.
Nokia G42 Gets Android 14 Update
The Nokia G42 was launched in June 2023 in India, the device was running on Android 13 till the update arrived. Nokia G42 has become the first device in HMD Global’s smartphone range to receive the Android 14 update. Although the company has not released any information about the eligible devices to get the Android 14 update, we expect that the latest OS will also arrive on other smartphones of the brand in the upcoming months.
The Android 14 update seems to have arrived in the Indian variants of the Nokia G432 only. The mentioned update comes with a massive file size of 2.68GB. We suggest you connect your device to a WiFi connection before pressing the download button. If you own a Nokia G42 purchased from India and you haven’t received the update yet, wait for a while, the update notification will also pop into your device very soon as it is still being rolled out by the company
