Google Play Store: Google is said to be rolling out an update for Android Auto. The company has added some new features to the connected car technology. After pushing an update in January which was focused towards improving the overall UI experience, the tech giant has added a new buttonn to control connections with wireless devices near themin the recent update.
As per a report by 9to5 Google, The recent Android Auto update (V. 10.6) is still rolling out via Google Play Store. The new update features a new disconnect button that will enable users to disconnect nearby devices which are no longer needed.
The new disconnect button features is spooted by some users which have got the stable update. Although, the Google hasn't rolled out this feature for all the users as it currently in the testing phase.
Gradually, the update is becoming available for the users who are running latest android auto beta version on their device. Except the "Disconnnect Button", the update doesn't gets any newly added feature, but the makers have fixed some major bugs and issues on the software.
Android Auto New Disconnect Button: Uses
The new android auto disconnect button feature will help users to end a connection with a wireless Android Auto device which includes a car equipped with wireless connections or an adapter.
Users will be able to stop a wireless Android auto connection with this button. Earlier users were needed to activate airplane mode or physically disconnect the adapter to get disconnected. The new features can significantly help to switch between two people if they are using wireless android auto.
