Apple could launch M3 powered iMac this October, All we know about this rumour

Apple: According to a report, Apple is getting ready to introduce the first M3 Apple Silicon Macs in October. The release of this product coincides with Apple’s busy season, which also includes the launch of new Apple Watch models and the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro lines in September.

Apple M3-powered iMac details

Three new products from Apple are rumoured to be coming out with an M3 chip. A 13-inch MacBook Air, a 13-inch MacBook Pro, or an iMac might be among them. These are anticipated to function more quickly than the models from the previous year. However, there has been no confirmation from Apple, and it’s clear why—the event is too far away. Users are nevertheless cautioned to treat the information with caution.
“Now that Apple has gotten the 15-inch MacBook Air and new M2 Ultra-based Macs out the door, the October launch could feature the first Macs with M3 chips,” Gurman said in his newsletter.

Apple switched from a 5-nanometer to a 3-nanometer silicon fabrication method, therefore the M3 chipset is anticipated to perform better. For the M3 chipset, the business is anticipated to utilise the TSMC N3E 3-nanometer process.

M3 iPad to launch soon too?

An iPad Pro device with the same M3 Pro processor and a big 14.1-inch display is reportedly what Apple is working on right now, according to previous reports. Given that the iPhone 15 series will debut first, it is too early to talk about these products. The newest Bionic A17 processor is likely to be found within the next iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max versions, in contrast to the basic iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, which will both use the Bionic A16 SoC from last year.
