Asus ROG Phone 7D: With 6000mAh battery and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the 7 series to launch soon, all you must know

Asus ROG Phone 7D: The ROG Phone 7 series is anticipated to be released soon by Asus. The ROG Phone 6 series, which debuted in India and other international markets last year, will be replaced by the new smartphone lineup. The gaming phone lineup is renowned for its high-performance specifications and extra accessories that enhance the gaming experience.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipsets, as well as features like shoulder-mounted trigger buttons, high refresh rate displays, and more, debuted in the previous Asus ROG Phone 6 lineup.

About the 7 series

A recent leak suggests that the ROG Phone series 7 won't be a slouch and will reclaim its title as a true gaming phone. One of the smartphones in the lineup's specifications are described in the report. The Asus ROG Phone 7, ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, and ROG Phone 7D are all part of the ROG Phone 7 series.
In advance of its release, the Geekbench database was used to gather information for the report that describes the ROG Phone 7D's specifications.

Chipset and performance

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC will power the Asus ROG Phone 7D, with model number AI2205 D, according to a listing on the benchmarking website Geekbench. 16GB of RAM will be paired with the chipset. The listing also states that Android 13 will be installed right out of the box on the phone.
The Geekbench listing for the performance displays a single core score of 2012 and a multi-core score of 5697. It is undoubtedly competitive and consistent with the reference numbers Qualcomm had presented at the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 launch.

Storage and display

All three smartphones will also reportedly feature an AMOLED display with 165Hz refresh rate. A previous leak had listed some of the ROG Phone 7 series' important specifications. According to The Tech Outlook's report, the ROG Phone Series will use the most advanced Snapdragon SoC and have 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 512GB storage option for the ROG Phone 7 will be available.
