BharOS details

A project supported by the Indian government, BharOS is being created using an open-source, free operating system. By implementing it in public and government systems, the reliance on foreign operating systems will decrease.

IIT Madras is developing BharOS. The paper claims that India uses various operating systems for various kinds of tasks. For instance, Wi-Fi will be supported by a different OS. This will make WiFi spying impossible.
