ChatGPT

ChatGPT: The ChatGPT chatbot can now access the internet to give customers real-time information, according to OpenAI, the company that developed it and is funded by Microsoft. In this article, we will tell you all you must know about this feature.

ChatGPT can now browse the internet in real-time

ChatGPT used to say "I’m sorry, but as of my last knowledge update in September 2021… My information is not up to date, and I cannot provide opinions or information on products or events that have occurred after that date," when questioned about events or stuff after that date.

This issue has been dealt with by OpenAI. OpenAI revealed ChatGPT's expanded capabilities on a social media platform on X. Now that it has access to the internet, it can provide authoritative, up-to-date information along with links to its original sources.

The limitation on data gathered prior to September 2021 has been removed. Similar to what Google's AI provides, users will also see source links offered.

The AI Bot gets a voice

Additionally, OpenAI has revealed new speech and visual ChatGPT features. Over the next two weeks, the company will roll out ChatGPT to Plus and Enterprise subscribers. Images will be available across all platforms, while speech assistance will only be available on iOS and Android.

OpenAI said, “We are beginning to roll out new voice and image capabilities in ChatGPT. They offer a new, more intuitive type of interface by allowing you to have a voice conversation or show ChatGPT what you’re talking about."
