Elon Musk: Elon Musk-owned social media platform, X has recently declared its plans to allow advertisers to run their ads next to the Twitter profiles of certain creators. The social media platform has introduced a new creator-targeting feature that will enable advertisers to show their ads next to the content of select creators and their advertisements will be shown on the home timeline and creator’s profile of that specific creator.

X’s Creator Targeting Feature

The social media platform has announced the new feature via a blog post. The company said that we are bringing a new advertiser-centric opportunity that will help them to establish a connection with their customers by collaborating with some of the “World’s best content creators on X.”

“Starting this month, advertisers on X can run ads against a curated list of premium content creators via Creator Targeting. This means giving advertisers more control to be able to use the self-serve X Ads Manager to run pre-roll video ads against the video content of their chosen creator(s) in both the home timeline and profile.” the blog post mentions.

When This New Feature Will Be Added

The social media platform has announced that the new Creator Targeting feature will be added soon for advertisers on the X. When this feature goes live, advertisers will be able to show their ads on certain creator profiles selected by them. This feature will significantly reduce the chances of an ad running next to the controversial post.
