Use the Sanchar Saathi portal

When the “Sanchar Saathi” platform was introduced in July 2023, it gave citizens the ability to report questionable mobile behaviour.Users have more control over their security and privacy thanks to the portal, which also lets them check the legitimacy of phone numbers. The Department of Telecommunications launched the Sanchar Saathi portal to empower mobile users, bolster their security, and raise public awareness of government activities focused on the needs of citizens. With Sanchar Saathi, users may track down lost phones, ban or identify those that have been issued in their name, verify the authenticity of devices when purchasing new or used phones, and learn about the mobile connections that have been granted in their name.
